A native Buckeye, Arline grew up in Lyndhurst, Ohio. She attended Miami University of Ohio and graduated from St. Luke's Hospital School of Nursing. She is a Registered Nurse. While raising her two now married children, Thomas of North Palm Beach and Susan, of Arizona. She resumed her studies and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Ursuline College and later was enrolled in the MBA program of John Carroll University.
Together with her husband, Dr. Frank Spino, also associated with Rose Bay Real Estate, she gained expertise in managing day to day operations of personally owned commercial buildings in addition to overall management of his dental practice. Formerly from Pepper Pike and Aurora, Ohio the Spinos have recently relocated to Palmetto from Longboat Key. They are members of Bradenton Country Club as well as the Bradenton Yacht Club and St. Mary's Episcopal Church. Arline is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Manatee Players.
Arline is eager to share her diverse background of service with Rose Bay because of its' iArizonantegrity, reputation and professionalism that is displayed in all aspects of the Rose Bay organization. A native Buckeye, Frank grew up in Euclid, Ohio. He attended Otterbein College in Westerville, Ohio and graduated from Case Western Reserve University with a Bachelor of Science degree. He then went on to further his studies by earning his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Dentistry.
Upon completion of serving as a Captain in the United States Air Force and receiving several distinguishing awards, he practiced dentistry in Solon and Aurora, Ohio for many years. As an active community member he served as President of both the local Jaycees and Rotary Clubs and was then chosen for "Who's Who in the Midwest" as well as "Outstanding Young Men of America", In addition to his membership in the American Dental Association, Ohio Dental Association and Cleveland Dental Society. Formerly of Pepper Pike and Aurora, Ohio, Dr. Spino and his wife, Arline, also with Rose Bay, have recently relocated to Palmetto from Longboat Key. Dr. Spino is a member of Bradenton Country Club, the Bradenton Yacht Club, Terra Ceia Bay Golf and Country Club and St. Mary's Episcopal Church. He also continues to volunteer his services of Oral Surgery each week at the Senior Friendship Center in Sarasota.
Dr. Spino has years of expertise in owning and managing his own personal and commercial properties and buildings as well as handling their daily operations.
